The push/pull hand controls are designed primarily for automatic vehicles and are available as a right-hand adaptation.

There is no obstruction to the vehicle pedals themselves for normal driving.

The hand control is independent from the steering wheel, so that it does not influence any adjustments on the steering wheel. 

The H500 hand control is custom built to fit each individual vehicle resulting in a neat and un-invasive adaption.
